Tour Itineary and Schedule:

Complimentary Hotel Pick up to airport for guests staying in Midtown Manhattan from hotels located between 23rd and 74th Streets ONLY. Guests not staying in the midtown area can wait at one of the Midtown Area Hotels and pick up will be scheduled from that hotel .Transportation to the midtown pick-up point will be the responsibility of the passengers. Pick-up time at your hotel will be early AM, between 4:45am and 9.30am depending on flight schedule.

Approximatly a one hour flight to Upstate New York (Buffalo Airport)

Meet Gray Line guide on arrival and depart with private luxury motorcoach to Niagara Falls. You will spend approximatly 3 hours touring each side of the falls. Time spent depends on traffic and weather

30 minute Maid of the Mist Boat Cruise. This is available for guests visiting during the months of April to October. Maid-of-the Mist - Ride into the Mist! Water rushes all around as you "soak" in the excitement and explore the roar of the Falls. A historical ride aboard the world-famous Maid of the Mist is a half hour thrill of a lifetime! North America's oldest tourist attraction, millions of visitors have enjoyed the boat tours since 1846. OR The Scenic Tunnels/ Behind The Falls Tour) and sightseeing tour.

OR Journey Behind the Falls Tour. This is available for guests visting during the months of April to December. At Journey Behind the Falls, you'll experience the awesome spectacle of one-fifth of the world’s fresh water crashing down 13 stories to the basin below. Every second during summer daylight hours, over 2,800 cubic meters of water thunders over the rim at 65 kilometers per hour.

Transfer back to upstate New York airport for one hour return flight to New York.

Transfer from airport to midtown Manhattan hotels. Return to New York early evening, between 7 pm and 9 pm depending on flight schedule.

This tour goes to Canada. US citizens require US passport to visit Canada. Non - US citizens may require Canadian visas and must inquire at time of booking. Possession of proper documentation is the responsibility of the passenger.

• Passengers without proper documentation may still book this tour. However, they must remain on the US side of the Falls. This time will be on their own (no tour guide or escort). They will still view the Falls, receive tickets for Maid of the Mist or Scenic Tunnels, all from the US side. Lunch money will be provided. The tour guide will make arrangements directly with the passengers for the return airport transfer pick-up.

Adult and Child Rates:

• Child prices are not available for this tour. Adult prices apply to all travelers. Infants aged under 1 years travel free of charge, provided they do not occupy a seat. All prices listed are per person.

In case of passengers required to overnight in Niagara Falls due to weather or cancellation of flights, any additional costs incurred by passengers for hotel accommodations, meals and personal expenditures will be the responsibility of the passengers.

• Passengers must call tour operator least 72 hours prior to departure date to reconfirm. Any reservation not reconfirmed will be subject to cancellation with penalties. Passengers can call 7 days a week from 8.30am to 4.00pm. Phone information provided on voucher.

Confirmation & Travel Voucher:

Requires 7 day advance reservations and is subject to availability. Confirmation for this product will be received within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print voucher on your home/ office printer and present SIGNED voucher at departure location.Only one voucher will be created per tour acitivity for all travelers.

Cancellation and No Show Policy:

• Cancellations or changes of date received at least 8 days prior to departure - No penalties

• Cancellations or changes of date received between 7 days and 4 days of departure - 50% penalty

• Cancellations or changes of date within 4 days of departure or no-shows - No refund

• In the event the Tour is canceled by Gray Line, the ticket fee may be refunded. No refunds will be made on unused portions of the tour.
