SAVE TIME! Purchase your tickets in advance, "avoid" waiting in long ticket lines and visit the NY SKYRIDE and the Empire State Building Observation Deck at your convenience.

All guests on the NY SKYRIDE must be at least 36" in height. Persons with heart ailments, back problems or pregnant women should exercise caution on the NY SKYRIDE. The NY SKYRIDE experience includes 2 pre-shows that are static and are wheelchair accessible. The NY SKYRIDE itself has no handicap provision of any sort. The entire experience is about 25 minutes. When the combination ticket is purchased with the Empire State Building Observatory, we HIGHLY recommend doing the NY SKYRIDE first.

Narrated by actor Kevin Bacon, your journey lifts off from atop the Empire State Building, soars through the Manhattan Skyline, glides past the Statue of Liberty, plays in traffic at Times Square, and "zooms" through Wall Street, all in the comfort of specially designed seats surrounded by IMAX ® style HD audio and video and a 6 meter / 18 foot screen.

365 Days a Year 10:00am - 10:00pm: OPEN on Christmas and New Years Day. New York Skyride may close early when the building closes early.

Location:

Empire State Building at 350 Fifth Avenue between 33rd and 34th Streets. Entrance to the NY SKYRIDE is NOT through the main entrance on Fifth Avenue but rather on the 33rd Street side of the building by the Post Office. NY SKYRIDE has it's own security and Box Office. Proceed to the 2nd floor of the Empire State Building.

Directions:

Detailed directions and public transportation will be described on your confirmation voucher OR take advantage of the Double Decker Loop that makes a stop at the Empire State Building.

Children and Seniors:

Children under the age of 7 must be accompanied by an adult. We are sorry, but children 5 years and under and expectant mothers may not ride. Maximum weight limit is 300 lbs. per person, Children must be 36" in height.

NOTICE - To All Skyride Passengers: You are about to experience a virtual motion experience. Passengers with heart conditions, nervous disorders, motion-sickness, back or neck problems, or other physical limitations including pregnancy, which could be aggravated by the experience should not participate in the ride portion of this attraction.

Your credit card will be charged the total amount of products and services selected at time of booking. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Cards.

For every confirmed booking you will receive an immediate confirmation e-mail with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print vouchers on your home/ office printer and present SIGNED E-Ticket voucher at the Box Office. Only one voucher will be created per tour or activity for all travelers. This tour may be booked the day of your travel date.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

Once purchased tickets cannnot be cancelled. No refunds are available.
