What a day, the tour had to be canceled on the first day due to fog in the harbour area but we returned next day to see all on the full tour, it was awesome to see all the sights of New York City. The Circle Line is a great tour, however, the safety of boarding could be improved with better railings. The seats were not too comfortable, and we noticed no visible life vests for an emergency. The tour guide was excellent in explaining what we were viewing along the way. Although the boat was 1960s technology, it was clean. I had been on the Circle Line tour years ago and most likely will ride again years from now. I hope it will be updated by then, but as I said before, it was very enjoyable. Seeing NYC on the water is a treat.

The guide was very knowledgeable and informative - good speaking personality and demeanor. We were told that because of bridge construction, the "circle" line tour could not navigate the Harlem River. So we went a little way up the Hudson, returned the New York Harbor and then went up the East River and returned to the staring point.
