Good concert by the choir, very enjoyable but the pre-tour wait was far too long and we were not kept up to date as to why. Eventually we had to walk around a block to get on the tour bus only to find out that it was full. We then returned to the main tour office and boarded the Greman speaking tour! We meet 15 minutes prior to tour departure. 9:00AM - 1:00 PM For English and Language Tours - French, German, Italian and Spanish.
Hotel Pickup:
Only groups of 25 or more can be picked up from their hotel within Manhattan at no additional charge.
Complimentary drop-offs are offered on all late night tours and most daytime tours from uptown, down to 34th Street. The drop-offs are made along Columbus Avenue, Broadway, and Seventh Avenue.

Confirmation & Travel Voucher:
This tour must be booked 24hrs in advance of your travel date. Your confirmation for this product will be received within 12-24 hours subject to availability. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print voucher on your home/ office printer and present SIGNED voucher at departure location.Only one voucher will be created per tour acitivity for all travelers.
Cancellation and No Show Policy:
- More than 3 days prior: no charge
- 48hrs prior: $15.00 per person per tour booked
- Less than 24hr: 100% will apply
- No shows: 100% will apply
Recommended: Comfortable shoes and a extra layer of warm clothing.
Tour Guide Gratuities and Souvenirs are not included.
