I would recommend the New York Pass to any visitor. It saves you a lot of money. Sometimes you can skip the lines where people are waiting to get a ticket. However this is not the case at the Empire State Building. We had to stand in the lines like all the rest of the people to get our ticket.

the New York Pass is well worth the money. We went to New York for 5 days and only purchased the 3 day pass. Had I understood the full use of this pass We would have bought the 7 day pass and the extra money would have been worth the savings in tickets we would have had to purchase. Awsome deals I'm not really a computer wiz so I'm not sure if it was explained better than I thought on the web site but none the less it is a great deal for the price you pay. The New York Pass is worth every penny if you organize your trips carefully. We recovered the cost of the two day pass in the first day. A word of caution though. The pass we had expired at midnight on the second day, NOT 48 hours from the moment of first use as we understood. The New York Pass was an excellent purchase. It does include more than 40 attractions and you end up saving tons of money. The great thing is that you can repeat the same attraction the next day, or as many days as you buy it for, so that even makes it more worth it. The only thing I would like to make everyone aware of is that you should pick up your ticket attractions early during the day, as if you want to visit an attraction during the evening, the place you pick up the ticket may no longer be open, as it happened to me for the Empire State Building. Overall pretty good value but some attractions were closed (Circle Line cruises and NY Aquarium) when they were listed in the Pass' guide as being open 365 days of the year, which not only caused disappointment but wasted us valuable time. Q: When does my New York Pass become activated?
A: Your New York Pass becomes activated the moment you use it at your first
attraction.
©2005 NY PassQ: Is there a limit to how many attractions I can visit
in one day?
A: No. There is no limit at all. You can visit 4 or 40 attractions in one day
if you wish-as long as your stamina holds up!
Q: Can I visit the same attraction twice in one day?
A: Unfortunately, no. You may visit each attraction only once per day. However, if you purchase a 2, 3 or 7 day card, you may return to that attraction the next day for another fun filled visit.
Q. When do I have to use my New York Pass by?
A. New York Passes can be purchased now and used until one year from the purchase date.
Q: I am staying in New York City for one day-can I purchase
a 2 day New York Pass, use it one day and come back again in 6 months to use
the other day I have left?
A: No. The moment you use your New York Pass it becomes activated and the card
starts counting down it’s “internal clock” for however long
the card’s life is-1,2,3 or 7 days.
©2005 NY PassQ: Do I have to use a multiple day New York Pass on
consecutive days or can I pick and choose which days I would like to use it?
A: If you purchase a 3 day New York pass on Monday, use it Monday, Tuesday and
Thursday (skipping Wednesday), your card will be invalid on Thursday. Once your
card is activated on Monday, the card knows it’s life is for 3 days. By
Thursday, your card will have expired. Please be sure to use your New York Pass
on consecutive days.
Q: What if I lose my New York Pass?
A: When you receive your New York Pass you should immediately sign the back
of the card and note the card’s I.D. number on a separate piece of paper
for safekeeping. If loss occurs, the New York Pass home office can issue you
a new one, only if the lost card’s number is provided so we can de-activate
the lost card. Please be sure to put the card in a safe place upon receipt.
©2005 NY PassQ: Can I purchase one New York Pass for my friend and
I to share at the same attractions?
A: Since you may only visit each attraction once per day, this is not possible.
If you use your card at an attraction and attempt to pass that same card to
your friend to use, the New York Pass reader will reject your second attempt
and admission will not be granted.

No refunds or exchanges will be provided. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The New York Pass is non-transferable and non-refundable and is for use on consecutive calendar days.Â
