Very easy way to join the hotel and back to the airport. Schedule on time.

Had to wait at least 3/4 hour but it was peak hour. Unfortunately not enough seats in waiting lounge and had to stand a good while. We were SO EXCITED being in New York - our faces were alight. Driver was "pre occupied" and did not welcome us to New York or make us feel welcome in any way. Bus was cramped , but air conditioned and we got to our hotel safely. Confirmation & Travel Voucher
For every confirmed booking you will receive an immediate e-mail confirmation with a link to your E-Ticket Voucher. Print vouchers on your home/ office printer. Please present this E-Ticket voucher to the van driver. Only one voucher will be created per reservation for all travelers. Round trip reservations will have 2 vouchers. Your Voucher will be collected by driver as proof of payment.
Cancellation and No Show Policy
Cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation are charged in full. Cancellations prior to 24 hours are charged a minimum $10.00 per person administration fee. We charge for NO SHOWS. No Shows on reservation dates are charged 100%.
Weather and traffic: Route may be changed depending on local weather and traffic conditions.
Meals, Gratuities and Souvenirs are not included.
